INGREDIENTS 


  • 1 pound huge shrimp, stripped and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons spread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons new parsley, hacked
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Guidelines:


1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

2. Heat the olive oil and spread in an enormous skillet over medium-high intensity.

3. Add minced garlic and sauté for around 1 moment until fragrant however not carmelized.

4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until they become pink and murky.

5. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and put away.

6. Pour chicken or vegetable stock into the skillet and let it stew for several minutes to marginally lessen.

7. Stir in the lemon squeeze and hacked parsley.

8. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and throw them in the garlic spread sauce until warmed through.

9. Serve hot over cooked pasta, rice, or with hard bread for a flavorful dinner!
